Paula Bellamy

Founding Governor — Europe

Paula Bellamy brings 35 years of experience in international logistics, connecting people, markets and opportunities worldwide. Her work spans the UK, Europe, the USA, the Middle East, Asia and the Philippines, collaborating with freight forwarders, international agents, clients and multicultural teams. She has developed global agent relationships, identified commercial opportunities and helped businesses work successfully across different markets and cultures. She also built an operation in the Philippines that grew to more than 50 people, demonstrating how trust, opportunity and support can help international teams improve service, extend operating hours and bring broader skills and perspectives to a business. Her strengths include international agent and partner development, UK and European market knowledge, commercial strategy, business growth, cross-cultural relationships and international team development. Through her extensive global network, she connects businesses and turns introductions into meaningful commercial opportunities. Paula believes the future of business is increasingly international, collaborative and flexible, with access to the right people, experience and connections wherever they may be. As she enters the next stage of her career, she is considering how her experience, knowledge and network can create future value for businesses and people. Her approach centres on people, trust and making the right connections.
